NEW!  March's tournament marks the beginning of our "classic" tournaments.  These tournaments will feature a classic or obscure game that will be played on a certain platform.  Unless otherwise noted, these tournaments will carry an $5 entry fee and will be of the Winner Take All format.  Tokens will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners as usual.  Please note that the console that these will be played on may vary month-to-month.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! October's tournament was largely a success with allowing people to bring their own controllers, so we will continue to allow this for the time being.  As such, we have tweaked a few requirements for eligibility though.

  • Controllers/Joysticks with "Turbo" or pre-programmed motions/button sequences must have that that functionality disabled at ALL times.  Any player caught with these functions turned on will be disqualified from the tournament with no refund given.  NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

  • Wireless controllers or joysticks (such as the recently released Tekken FightStick) will not be allowed for Xbox 360 tournaments.  There are a number of reasons why, however, the most prominent is the fact that there is no easy way to make them work alongside FFC's equipment and still allow for the numerous configurations we are allowing.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

  •  If you have any questions, please ask a tournament official present.

NOTE: In some cases the tournament officials may opt to change the cash pot to a Winner Take All if the number of people in the tournament is not as high as anticipated.  Players will be given a vote at the time of such a case and the majority vote will win.
